I have some great news for small business owners. You may have thought you were behind on social media, but you’re not.
A startling piece of news has just come out of the UK, where a piece of research has found that social media is not the established marketing force that many of us thought it was, at least when it comes to small business.
The best part is the fact that only 5% of small business owners surveyed (by IFF) were using Facebook properly. This is, of course, a little strange. There has been so much talk about Facebook being the most amazing thing for small businesses that it seems incomprehensible that small businesses are not latching on to it.
Okay, this research is limited in it’s scope. But if you ask 500 small businesses these questions anywhere in the world, at any time of year, the results mean something.
Feel like getting ahead of the game?
